Your delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • American Express
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card

We do not accept payment via bank transfer.

Delivery periods of your orders may vary depending on the shipping company, country and address. You can view the estimated delivery time from “My Orders” tab and track your order through the related link. You can access your shipping tracking number on “My Orders” tab after your order is sent out for delivery.

* Delays due to customs policies, strikes or unforeseen circumstances should be excluded from the estimated period. In these cases, customs officials will inform you on how to receive your order.

We understand that shopping online can be worrisome, but rest assured that your data is protected. We do not save our customers information and all purchases are encrypted.

  1. Once we receive your order submission, we have to authenticate your payment.
  2. When we are happy that the payment has reflected, you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been processed.
  3. When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive another email informing you of this. We will inform you of postage with a tracking number you can follow.

Your invoice is the receipt of your order. Once you have completed your order with payment, your invoice will be available to download from your account.
