This is due to the nature of deliveries to business addresses whereby receptions or mail rooms often sign for and accept parcels in bulk and on behalf of persons located at that address.
If your order is shipped to and signed for, on your behalf, at a business address, we will not accept responsibility for any parcel that is lost or damaged. We strongly suggest nominating a home address should you place a high value order with us. This will ensure only residents of the address will have signature authority.

What is the shipping process?
We make every effort to ensure all orders placed before 4pm are shipped same day, however there are instances here and there where we have to source fast selling items from our retail stores to make sure we can get your order to you.
We generally allow 1-2 business days when an express order is sent from our online warehouse, however when we source items from our stores, you can expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days.
For standard orders, please allow 2 additional days to these delivery times.
Please note: Where an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received
Can I change my delivery address?
In some cases, depending on the location and fulfilment process of your order, our team may be able to update your address for you. Due to the speed at which our team processes orders, if we are unable to amend your address, please wait for your dispatch email and request a redirection with your chosen carrier.
*Please note, not all changes can be made depending on what transit status your parcel is in.
How do deliveries to an Take&Ship address work?
Before you place your order, you'll need to register online with Take & Ship who will send you a unique Take and Ship Membership Customer Number. You can then select a Parcel Delivery address most convenient for you and Take & Ship will send you your home address. Just use this address next time you're placing an order with us.
Is my order subject to customs duties and taxes?
Items for delivery to countries outside of Turkey may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. For any parcel shipped outside of Turkey, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package.

How do I return my order? (International)

When returning items to our online team, you are responsible for the cost of the return It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our premises as we cannot be responsible until they reach us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your return arrives to us safely.

What is your returns policy?
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 28 days when:
- Items are in their original condition;
- Items are in their original packaging and returned in a protective postal bag (shoe boxes must also be returned in their original condition);
- Tags remain attached to garments (hygiene stickers on swimwear must remain in the same place as sold or shipped and all swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set);
- Proof of purchase is provided; and A returns form is included (items returned via post only)
What is your refund process?
Once we receive your returned item we will notify you and start with the Refund Process immediately. However, it may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the payment and to reflect it into your account.
For Credit Card Customers, refund will be transfered directly back to the bank account that was used for purchasing.
For Paypal Customers, refund will be sent back to your Paypal accout that was used for the purchase.
Note: Service fees such as Shipping Fees are not refunded.
I cancelled my order. Will I be refunded shippig fee too?
If your cancelled order has not been shipped yet, the full amount paid including shipping fee will be refunded.

Unfortunately, we don't provide Cash on Delivery options at the moment. However, there are different payment safe and convenient methods available.
What do I do if I have a missing item/accessory from my order?
Ensuring that your order is delivered to you safely is one of our most important responsibilities:
- When you receive your package from the courier company, check your package for any damage such as opening, tearing, crushing or dampness.
- If your package is damaged and the product(s) inside are missing, complete a damage report from which you can obtain from your cargo company within 7 days and notify the company authorities of the situation.
- If your package has been delivered to you undamaged, but the products/accessories in your order are missing; Contact us via our WhatsApp support line with your order information and the code(s) of the missing product(s) or send an e-mail to support@takeamore.com.

How long does a delivery take?
Delivery periods of your orders may vary depending on the shipping company, country and address. You can access your shipping tracking number on "My Orders" tab after your order is sent out for delivery.

What are the shipping fees?
- It varies according to the country of delivery and the quantity of products ordered.
